For most products manufacturers can provide additional documents and/or certificates like Test Certificates, Material Test Reports, Calibration Certificates, Certificates of Compliance / Conformance, Certified Engineering Drawings, etc. In most cases, they are free and can be included with the shipment of your order or supplied upon request, while in other manufacturers charge additional fees. This is subject to a specific manufacturer's policy.

If any additional documents or certificates are required please Contact Us to check if the manufacturer can provide them and if there are any additional fees. The cost of paid documents/certificates is not included in the price of a product and must be paid separately. If the manufacturer provides the documents/certificates for free, we will not charge any additional fees.

Shipping/postage fees for hard copies of the documents/certificates that are not included with the product and shipped separately will be billed to the customer.

We can ship the products to the address of your freight forwarder in US or to your address via our UPS/FedEx account or via a freight forwarder of our choice. On case by case basis we can accept your UPS, FedEx, TNT or DHL account. In some cases we can offer a pick-up from manufacturer’s location or from our warehouse.

If we ship to US address of your freight forwarder: your shipping charges will include the inland freight and insurance charge from our warehouse to the address of the freight forwarder. All other international forwarding and documentation charges will be billed to you by your freight forwarder.

Please be aware that many manufacturers’ warranties do not provide coverage outside the US, and some products may not be exported under any circumstances due to manufacturers' restrictions or United States federal regulations. Prime Buy makes no representations regarding warranty coverage, compatibility, or serviceability for products that are used outside the US. You are responsible for the back and forth shipping and brokerage charges for returns, exchanges and warranty issues.
